I've always loved anything on wheels. I built my first rod in 1957, while a senior in high school. It was a '39 Mercury Convertible with a '56, 312 Thunderbird engine, a Lincoln Zephyr transmission and a Lincoln rear end. It was a fine piece of machinery, and the top sketch on the homepage represents that car. In 1958, after moving from Beckley, WV, to Miami, Florida, the police didn't think as much of my car as I did, which forced the sale of my pride and joy. Sure wish I had it back!!

I seriously began collecting over 40 years ago, with the purchase of a '36 Ford pick-up, flathead V8, all original. That truck is still in my collection and is not for sale.

I am a private collector, and try to keep between 25 and 30 top vehicles available. They are at my home in Melbourne, FL and are always kept inside, in dehumidified garages.
