Traveling south on Highway 278, out of Rosman, NC, turn east on Line Runner's Ridge Road. Incidentally, the turn off is about 100 yards north of the Red Lion Inn, one of the best Bed and Breakfast Inns in Transylvania County.

Starting up Joshua Mountain is a pure delight. Large trees on each side of the road make it seem like a tunnel. The road is well maintained by the Line Runner Ridge Association. the woods are alive with all kinds of beautiful animals. We have bear, deer, fox, rabbits, squirrels, soaring eagles, all kinds of birds, and even coyotes.

We have 16 property owners, so far, on Joshua Summit, with 3 lovely rustic cabins, built by their owners. There are beautiful views overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway, some overlooking the small community of Estatoe, an old Indian Village. The views are magnificent!!!

We have 17 parcels left, ranging from 1/2 to over 4 acres. there are good gravel roads with the electrical and telephone service lines underground. the timber is BIG and protected by deed restrictions. (Available upon request)
